September is Library Card Sign-up Month

Want to travel the world?

Learn how to use the computer?

Want to download a new e-book to your tablet or smartphone?

You can do all that and more for free with a library card!  It’s what makes a library card the most valuable card in your wallet.  If you don't have your library card yet, September is a great time to get one.

Join us during our National Library Card Sign Up Month campaign at all branches of the Pamunkey Regional Library during September.

Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2, get a free library card for your Kindergartener to help him or her get ready to read. Bring the completed and signed application your child received at school to your local public library branch by Monday, October 6 for a library card and a prize.

Remember, the more kids read, the better they do in school and the more successful they are in life!

For more information, call or visit your local branch library or e-mail ask@pamunkeylibrary.org.
