Copying, Printing, FAX, & 3D Printing
Copying
Each branch library has a copier machine that can scan, copy or print your documents in black & white or color. Copies are $.10 per page. Double-sided copying, where available, is $.20 per page. Color copies are $.25 per page/ $.50 per page for double-sided color pages. Scanning to a flash drive is free. Payment can be made at the circulation desk or at the copier if it has a coin box.Printing

From Your Computer
- Go to www.printeron.com
Click "Where Can I Print?"
Follow prompts to find your library.
Use the Browse button to select your document
Click the green printer icon
On Mobile
- Download the free PrinterOn app from your device's app store
Select Add Printer
Go to search icon and type: Pamunkey Regional Library
Choose your preferred branch
Select your document
Click the green printer icon
At the Library
- Go to the self-service station
"Click "Release My Print Jobs"
Enter your email address
Select document to print
Use Preview or Delete controls
Click Print
Insert payment
Retrieve the printed document

Public facsimile services for business and personal purposes are sometimes made available through local businesses such as office supply companies and printing/copy businesses. When no such services are available in the library’s community or in the cases of emergency, business and personal fax transmission and reception on library equipment is available, when the equipment is not in use for library purposes, for a fee per page set by the Library Board.To send or receive a FAX -
To send or receive: $1 per page with a $5 maximum
**No charge for cover sheet; no additional charge for faxes 6 pages or more**
(The library will discard unknown and unsolicited fax transmissions. Please call or visit the library to let a staff member know when the FAX will be sent.)
Please note: Ashland, Goochland, Hanover, King & Queen, King William, and West Point government officials and staff, members of Hanover Interagency Council and members of the Goochland Interagency Council may use the machines to send and receive official business free of charge.
