How do I get a library card?
Go to any branch library with some personal identification to get a free card.

All other Virginians may qualify for a free card by presenting a public library card from their place of residence. All others may register for a library card upon payment of an annual fee equivalent to the Pamunkey Regional Library average per capita local expenditure.
A parent's or guardian's written permission is required for children under the age of 18 to register for a library card.
